The kitchen has all new appliances including stove, microwave/convection oven, and refrigerator and also includes a toaster, kettle and coffeemaker. This kitchen is designed for easy use and is already stocked with basic necessities such as dishes, silverware, pots and pans.
The living room offers a 24" wall-mounted color television with DVD player, leather (double) sofa-bed, coffee table, and a beautiful view of the ocean through the sliding glass doors. There is also a dining table which seats 4 and a natural gas stove for heating.
